hey Samy, your build is looking really good only i have one suggestion or tip.
From where are you gone power that weapon shaft where the disks are connected to.
What are the sizes of those bolts that hold the disks. I know from the past even in smaller weight classes those bolts can easily snap off if you still have possibility you can maybe use shoulder bolts to connect those disks to the center hub.

Last weekend we finished the robot, This weekend we also machined the final master piece of aluminium a solid billet flipper arm. Starting with a 6kg piece of stock and machined it down to a 620gram flipper arm 
Now its time to pack all our stuff. We fly this Wednesday to shanghai for hopefully a good competition.

yes for now we build it for 15kg and after fmb we gone lose some weight for European competitions.
Last weekend finished the center frame. hopefully next weekend drive and weapon test and making the armour.
There are only 2 weekends left before flying to china....

Last week the news came in that we are selected for next FMB event next month. So still a lot to do with only 3 weekends left...
this weekend finished side plates for the drive train and also the piston is done. This week we even did a test fire at low pressure to make sure the valves worked and they did!

Weapon system is almost done, only have to machine the piston. Sofar there are at least 100 hours of machining in this weapon setup...

Normaly FMB allows co2, but the place where the event will be hold doesnt allow co2. So we have to switch to HPA. we will have an 200bar main tank and a reduce valve to around 30 to fill up the buffer.
The design is still suitable for putting in a 20oz Co2 bottle for European contests.

As you may know we are currently building a new featherweight. This time no spinner but a flipper robot. We hope we can compete within 6 weeks in china at the fmb qualifier. Still a lot to do..
