Mad Metal Machines Vol. 32 in der Rollsporthalle Bochum

Hi roboteers,

Uns werden erfreulicherweise 20 Tische gestellt. Das könnte etwas eng werden, sollte aber passen.

Sitzmöglichkeiten sollten genügend vorhanden sein.

Wenn Ihr von Anfang an alle Kampfrunden mitmachen wollt, plant Ihr Eure Ankunft so, dass Ihr bis 13 Uhr Euren Platz eingerichtet habt und bereit für den Tech-Check seid.

Wer später kommen oder früher gehen oder nur für einen Tag da sein möchte, kann das gerne tun, verpasst dann aber evtl. Kämpfe.

Nach dem Einladen fahren wir zur Rollsporthalle (Ankunft ca. ~9:00?).

Heißt Ihr könnt entweder um 8 am Lagerort oder ab ca. 9 an der Halle ankommen.

Hi roboteers,

20 tables will be provided for us. It could get a little tight but should be just enough.

Seating should not be an issue.

If you want to participate in all rounds of fights, please plan to arrive well before 13:00, so you have your working area set up and your bot(s) ready for tech check at 13:00.

If you want to arrive later, leave earlier or just attend one day of the event, that is absolutely fine, but you will likely miss some rounds.

If you would like to help our preparations:

We will meet at 8:00 at our storage.

After packing the arena we will transport it to the event location (estimated arrival ~9:00?).

So you may either arrive at the storage area at 8am or at the event location at roughly 9am or later.
