Ich werde für die zwei Tage kommen und das Ganze mit einem Urlaub in Holland verbinden. (Es komme ja jeweils noch zwei Tage Anreise und zwei Tage Rückfahrt dazu). Wieviel und welche Bots es sind kann ich erst in vier Wochen sagen/schreiben (Dazwischen Urlaub um hoffentlich Zeit, die Maschinen zu präparieren)

Ich habe die Anmeldung testweise am PC geöffnet. Es wird sofort mein Google-Konto vom Android-Handy angezeigt, aber nicht akzeptiert. Muss Google überall seine Nase drinnhaben?

Ich kann leider nicht teilnehmen.

Wir nutzen ebenfalls Google forms für unsere event Anmeldungen. Die Anmeldung sollte auch ohne Google Konto funktionieren. Das dein Konto trotzdem automatisch erkannt wird, liegt an Deinen eigenen Einstellungen (Kekse).

ich muss noch das Hotel klären, dann denke ich, werde ich dabei sein.

Höchstwahrscheinlich wird es bei uns nichts, aber ich frag nochmal beim restlichen Team nach...

Okay, update:

We're actually considering it instead of Hannover (which is stupid given we're coming from Hamburg... but we don't have anything else to do on that weekend and something else and pretty important to us on the Hannover weekend).

But with such a long drive it's critical for us to know when the event will end on Sunday, and how car access to the location is (or in other words: when can we expect to actually be on the road?)

So in the very likely case we don't win an award and get stuff packed before the last fight, we might be home somewhat soonish after midnight.

And if we do win something, a bit later is worth it.

We'll think a bit more and likely decide in a week or so.

Okay, with Hannover "gone" it's now way more likely for us to attend.

Do you already have a rough schedule for the event yet?

As in: when is techcheck on Saturday, how long will it be on Saturday, and when do we start again on sunday?

Somehow most hostels etc. for reasonable prices seem to be already booked, so we're looking a bit further out and want to calculate how much we're willing to drive in the mornings and evenings

Wir sind jetzt auf nem Ponyhof kurz vor Den Helder in so komischen Zirkuswagen... Schnäppchenbillig und inklusive Frühstück. Dafür Dusche/Klo wohl Campingplatzmäßig und eben mit Pferdegeräusche/Gerüche. Aber für zwei Nächte aufs Ohr hauen klingt das gut für uns.

exact information to parking and shuttle (and do we transport bots and tools with that shuttle, or will that be seperately?) location and such will be shortly before then?

Ok, no parking on the area.

We will park on a camping-area, 6km away from the port. On saturday and sunday I will go to the port via bicykle.

I hope, it is possible to enter the port-area on friday afternoon to deliver the bots and equipment via car?

ich habe bei airbnb was gefunden. Angemeldet habe ich mich. Habt ihr eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen? Ich nicht, ggf habe ich einen fehler bei der mailadresse gemacht.

Ich glaube bei uns gab's auch keine Bestätigung
