Last reminder to get back to me if you want to participate on the buffet Saturday evening.
I'll only get to call them tomorrow morning or whenever I reach someone there, but so far still quite some teams didn't respond at all.
So even just a negative answer would be appreciated to know you got the mail and aren't overlooked.

Wie schon an anderer Stelle geschrieben, Bestell einfach einen Runden Tisch für 17 Leute und gut ist, im Grunde kommen dann eh wieder alle mit, und wenn nicht ist auch nicht so wild, besser was haben was man nicht braucht, als nichts zu haben und Kurzfristig was anderes Suchen zu müssen!

Ich weiß nicht, ob du da nicht etwas sehr optimistisch bist.
Es sind nur 24 Personen angemeldet (die nicht alle an beiden Tagen da sind), davon hab ich bisher 10 Zusagen und zwei Absagen.
15 könnte man allerdings wagen wegen dem Rabatt (auch wenn ich beim besten Willen keinen Preis ohne den finde auf der Seite...), Aber die kämen sich zu Recht verarscht vor wenn wir da mit deutlich weniger als reserviert auftauchen.

some last information before the Event:
Free parking is available at the location.
Preliminary timing (might be adjusted during the event):
A few important notes:
The location’s floor was renewed in the past years and is quite sensitive and expensive.
The owner (city of Bochum) shows great trust in allowing us to use this location for our purposes.
It is my intention to not make them regret this decision.
The area of the hall we are using will be equipped with a protective cover.
Despite of the protective layer we shall be extra careful. The layer itself is more robust but also expensive and shall not be damaged.
The unprotected part of the hall must not be set foot on!
Also I am not yet sure about the condition and robustness of the tables which will be provided.
So if you have to do any work like excessive drilling or grinding please do this inside of the arena or outside the building.
For this purpose I consider placing a work bench inside the arena during the breaks.

Dinner Table is reserved for Saturday evening, 19.30, best time slot they could offer. enough time to pack up after the event and maybe a few funfights or repairs...
