Schaut (wie immer
) sehr gut aus - sehe ich das richtig, dass ihr den Trommelantrieb so realisiert habt, dass die Trommel der Rotor ist und sich der Stator in der Trommel befindet? Welche Reglerelektronik verwendet ihr? Ich vermute, dass ihr eher langsam hochdrehen müsst, da ansonsten das innen im Kreis laufende Feld zu schnell für die durch ihre hohe Masse träge Trommel läuft. -

Ja, ich bin auch immer ganz begeistert, mit welcher Präzision die Einzelteile gefertigt werden. Und : sie passen hinterher auch perfekt zusammen.
Irgendwie ist das eine ganz andere Liga, als meine Bots.Bei dem Geräusch von dem Spinnermotor (siehe o.g. Video), raufen die Haar am Unterarm um einen Stehplatz.

Die Idee ist grandios, eliminiert doch zumindest eine große Schwachstelle von Drumspinnern.
Weit, weit ab von meinen Möglichkeiten, leider. Bin gespannt, ob das wirklich funktioniert, oder ob irgendwas an der Konstruktion dann doch zu empfindlich ist.

Interessant wäre wenn die Drum gegen die Zugrichtung dreht, also beim Drum Einschlag, wie viel Strom der Strator zieht, wenn er die Drum nicht Drehen kann!

Wenn ihr Gummiteile durch giessen anfertigen wollt braucht ihr nur PU-Vergußmasse.

Gerade bei Facebook rein gekommen, der neue Spinner von Equinox, nicht nur Motor in der Drum, nun soll auch noch der ESC mit rein...

Equinox is build very compact the inside does not have a lot of space
left. In the new version we want to use a bigger LiPo and incorporate a
self righting mechanism, but it just will not fit. Thinking outside of
the box, why not try to place the weapon ESC inside of the drum, next to
the hubmotor?The picture shows the rough model of the new
drum design with integrated ESC. We need to strip it down to the bare
PCB and use the shaft as heatsink.Another change will be the
bolts mounting the disks. We found out the hard way that "normal" grade
12.9 bolts and some hardened pins just will not do it. This version will

Hintergrund des ganzen ist wohl, um noch mehr Platz im Bot zu Gewinnen, dieser soll wohl noch eine Selbstaufrichtung bekommen...

Von der Idee nicht übel, der mittelteil ist ja am Bot festmontiert und dreht sich nicht, schaut jedenfalls so aus. Aber ich hätt trotzdem ein bissel Muffensausen das bei einem Einschlag der Trommel sehr viel Schlagenergie in den Regler usw. hauen könnte. Da wär eine etwas dämpfende Befestigung bestimmt nicht verkehrt.

As you may know we are currently building a new featherweight. This time no spinner but a flipper robot. We hope we can compete within 6 weeks in china at the fmb qualifier. Still a lot to do..
