We're planning to buy a full sheet of 3.2mm Hardox 450. But that's 6m*2.5m.
So, who is interested in buying a part of this?
René for sure...

Last time we did this , a normal sized piece was 1*1.5m, and about €150.
But don't pin me on the €100 per m².
We're almost 3 years later.
But yes, it should be possible to deliver 1*1m.
We're not intending to buy sheets of every thickness.
The 3.2 is difficult to source whatsoever, that is why we buy the full sheet.
For 4 to 8 mm Hardox 450, you can find it at a lot of places, but those are end users, not big companies selling steel sheets.
So, for thicker sheet , I suggest you look to firms making bulldozer blades, digger buckets or heavy duty dumpers, containers and so on.
For higher grades, it seems 8mm is the more common thinnest version.

@Andreas: 5mm, 100€ / m² (inkl. Versand)

We are planning to divide a full sheet up in 14 pieces of 1x1.5m. *
PM me to make a commitment.
We want to avoid the issue of last group buy, 1 guy paying for the full sheet, and the money trickling back over 1 year just because some people didn't commit as deeply as was expected.
At least 3 parts already are payed for.

14 * 1 * 1.5 = 21qm
6 * 2.5m = 15qm

@Mario: Official commitment is sent to you via PN.
Thank you for taking care.
(1*1,5 => 2x 1*0,75)
Yes, with time and effort hardox can be cut.
Guten Morgen Marcel,
Super, dann machen wir das so
Lg, Alex
Ich werde auch ein Stück nehmen wollen.
150€ ca.?
Hello all,
My appologies for writing in English. I can read German and speak a little bit, but my writing might be difficult to understand.
The Hardox was ordered yesterday and should arrive on tuesday.
The sheets cost €137,50 each.
Mario asked me to make a reservation for the following people, with who I have not yet been in contact:
IBF: 1x
Icemaster 1x
Finger im Ohr 1x
Alex 1x
Because it is a large amount of Hardox I have to ask everyone to please pay in advance.
Can you please email me or send me a PN to confirm, so I can also send you the payment details?
The plan is to bring the sheets to the next MMM.
Maybe I can bring everything to Dirk (Flatliner) at end of December, if that is easier for distribution. But we still have to discuss.
For who is interested, there are still 5 sheets available.
Regards,
Jeroen (Kos@DRG)
Bingo....
Oh oh.
